Pricing questions
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your card is charged at the start of day 15 for the plan you chose. You can cancel any time before then from your billing settings and pay nothing.
What counts as a user?
One user is one person with a login, in any department. A user's price depends only on how many users you have, never on their department. Added users take effect right away and are prorated; lowering your user count takes effect at your next renewal.
Do we get every feature?
Yes. Every plan includes the CRM and deal desk, website chat, phones and texting, call coaching, trade-in appraisals, inventory, e-signature, reports and automation. Service Ops, Parts Ops and Accounting Ops are optional add-ons per rooftop.
What are premium interactions?
AI actions, premium market-data lookups (MarketCheck auction and sold comps), text messages and call minutes: the things that cost money per use. Each user adds 1,000 a month to your shared pool. Texts and call minutes past the pool are billed per unit on your next invoice. AI actions and market-data lookups pause at the limit unless the account owner turns on overage billing, which becomes available once the trial ends.
Can we change our plan later?
Yes. Change users or add-ons from your billing settings at any time. You'll see the new price before you confirm.
We have more than one rooftop. How does that work?
Each rooftop has its own base fee and users. Volume pricing starts at three rooftops; talk to sales for a group quote.
Is data migration extra?
No. CSV import is built in, and help from our team moving your leads, contacts and vehicles is included.
What support is included?
Every account gets in-app support tickets, a help center, email support within 24 hours and priority chat support. Multi-rooftop groups also get a dedicated account manager.
